Pilates in Liphook

Hello,
We’ve recently opened two Pilates classes in Liphook:
- 7pm Monday
- 5:15pm Friday
Pilates is great for those struggling with mobility, core strength, lower back pain and poor posture. This being said, anyone and everyone can benefit and is suitable for all abilities.
