Pot Hole Repairs on Station Road - Paul Robinson (8th Apr 2022 09:51:55)
Earlier this week I witnessed a gang of Hi-Vis workers filling in the pot holes on Station road with a curious mixture of asphalt deposited by a tube affair over patches in the road.
I am reliably informed that, because the they failed to cone off the parking spaces the night before, they could not get access to all the areas in need of repair, as vehicles had been left parked overnight.
Perhaps this was the reason the mixture was not rolled into place, so consequently the asphalt mixture is now distributed the length and breadth of station road by traffic and pedestrians where the asphalt sticks to the bottom of your shoes!
We would be better off getting Rod Stewart to do the job.
