Builder Recommendations

Can anyone recommend a really good local building firm?
We had our upstairs bathroom replaced a couple of years ago and ever since we’ve had troubles with pipes and drainage, to the extent that we’ve lived with repeated leaks, sewage backed up, pipes bursting and waste water coming through ceilings. It’s a miserable situation and several plumbers have tried their best to rectify giving only temporary respite; I believe the issue in part is due to the drop of waste pipes being insufficient; I desperately want things put right once and for all and would really value advise and recommendations.

Wow that sounds awful! Re backing up, did you move the loo a long way from the downpipe? If so, I wonder if a pump would help, still shouldn't leak though as that's a different issue altogether. We found AW Ball in Passfield to be very good over the years, I'd get them to take a look, I'm sure they can tell you what it is before you call out any expensive builders, good luck!
