If you can get it to Petersfield there’s a small specialist shop there.They do repairs and sell a large assortment of spares fora range of vacs.
I’ve used them a couple of times and they are both good value for money and helpful.

If it’s a dyson . You can go on their web site and get help. I’ve just done so with mine and they are sending me a new battery free of charge. Hope this helps.

Try typing in hoover repair in this area probably come up .

It’s on Lavant Street,not far from the station,about half way down,after the estate agents.
Opposite side of the street to the book store.
