Do Liphook residents need to use more discretion?

Hi,
Rather than shouting from the roof-tops over the slightest local issue, is it not better to use discretion?
This attribute is high valued in todays society, and the saying "discretion is the better part of valour" could not be more appropriate.
In Liphook there are many polite, thoughtful, and courteous people, that do not enjoy the local troubled others.

Hi,
I cannot shout from the rooftops, as I don't have one living on a first floor apartment.
The only trolling I do daily is at Sainsburys.
Hope that politeness comes back into fashion to others. Or is it a forgotten thing no longer taught at school. This is for the benefit of current, and generations of the future.
Everyone's life can be so much more enjoyable, with simple respects.

This isn’t a rooftop, is more of a cupboard in an unused room, there are a hand full of identifiable real names, and a majority of pseudonyms

Rooftop, cupboard or Great Aunti Nellie's attic, fact is that thanks to the wonders of the internet and in particular the mobile all-seeing smart telephone, the anachronism of British stiff upper lip and carry on regardless is well and truly relegated to the dustbin of serf history, as every teenager's on call psychiatrist will now tell you, don't keep it all in, let it all out, then it's not just your problem but everybody else's too!

Hi,
Some good post's and thought's about todays life we all live in.
I think we all need in society to slow-down, and re-set.
Appreciate life to enjoy, rather than on tenterhooks is my Itsy parcel going to be delivered on-time?
Most of us are adults, use wisdom through age, and common sense always.
