Interest rate - Interested (2nd Feb 2023 14:27:13)
So I suppose we await the out cry of the rate going to 4% . This is to try and ward off a recession and get this country going again hope it does. Can remember it going to 15% back in the seventies . People had to just get on with it take extra jobs work day and night but we made it hopefully the people of today will rise to the occasion.

When the interest rates were 15% the cost of an average house wasn't 8 times the average salary. This is a non argument.

Same old topic that has come up multiple times before.
