Has anyone else been having problems with Sky Broadband/ Internet over the last few days?

Ours was terrible over the weekend, especially Friday. We've given up with them. Going to try swish.

Almost like this was planned a good way to say,
Hey move to us were more reliable, half of Liphook moves to then then
Surprise we’re going to increase prices
Haha (evil laugh) from them

However the sky broadband is slow have to agree…

Your ISP whomever they are is rarely the primary reason your average internet speed over time is what it is, same product ADSL, VDSL or full fibre, if you stick with the same product type and switch ISP your likely to get exactly the same speed and any improvement will be a fault they find and fix at the provisioning stage.
I mean there are some poor ISPs and there are occasional faults per ISP but ISP alone is typically secondary when it comes to problems with your own distance from exchange, near home and in home wiring as well as the router itself, WiFi and even your client devices or current usage typically higher up the list
