Ankylosing Spondylitis - AS (18th May 2023 15:46:37)
Longshot as it's I think a rare ailment, but wondering if anyone else has been diagnosed with this especially if they go to those meeting/physio sessions run by NASS, are they any good? I've not been to any of the NASS Sessions myself as Portsmouth after work wouldn't fit in but I have done some of the hydro sessions which were helpful. Biologics are my get out of jail card.

Yes along with Rheumatoid Arthritis Biologics and other meds helping no aftercare for AS just RA

Thanks for replies, same here, I've not gone to any NASS aqua sessions as I think they're too far away for what they offer, I heard there's a hydro pool in Haslemere that can be rented and wondered if enough people in the area were interested we could start a local aqua physio group. Bit of a long shot as there would probably need to be a fair few people wanting to go, but if there were say at least half a dozen interested I'd be happy to look into it further.
