Greater Swiss Mountain Dogs

Does anyone own, or know someone who owns this type of dog. My husband and I are hoping to get one in Spring but would like to speak to owners so find out the nitty gritty of ownership. Both my husband and I have had large breed dogs before, crazy mad Boxers and Ridgebacks, but not this type.
